Who We Are
TD Contracting, LLC was founded by Dennis Lippy and Trent Zumbrun combining their expertise and experience to offer solutions to those in the greater Atlanta area having a need for commercial construction. Dennis received a BS in Construction Management from Eastern Kentucky University.
For ten years he was a partner in TMC Construction in Clarkston, GA. He formed D.K. Lippy Construction Co., a commercial contracting company in 1995. D.K. Lippy was sold on 07/2019, and he stayed on as active President until 08/2021. Dennis has over 40 years of experience in the construction industry.
Trent Zumbrun is co-owner of TD Contracting LLC and serves as a Senior Project Manager. Trent Graduated from Georgia State University and is a 4th Generation construction company owner. He specializes in new construction and commercial renovations, and his goal is to ensure that the needs of the client have been exceeded. Trent and Dennis know how to listen to the client’s needs during all phases of the project and have the expertise to keep the project within budget. Throughout their careers, they have successfully worked with Architects, Engineers, and subcontractors in various trades of the industry.
