Who We Are
Founded by Dennis Lippy and Trent Zumbrun, in May of 2022, TD Contracting, LLC is dedicated to providing top-tier commercial construction solutions in the Greater Atlanta area.
Dennis Lippy holds a BS in Construction Management from Eastern Kentucky University. With over 40 years of industry experience, he spent a decade as a partner at TMC Construction and subsequently established D.K. Lippy Construction Co. in 1995. After successfully selling D.K. Lippy in July 2019, he continued to lead as President until August 2021.
Trent Zumbrun, co-owner and Senior Project Manager, graduated from Georgia State University and is a 4th-generation construction company owner. Specializing in new construction and commercial renovations, Trent is committed to exceeding client expectations. Together, he and Dennis prioritize understanding client needs throughout all project phases, leveraging their expertise to keep projects on time and within budget. Their successful collaborations with architects, engineers, and subcontractors position TD Contracting as a trusted leader in the construction industry.
